We don't control, endorse, or guarantee any company's pricing, workmanship, licensing, or insurance results. Colorado has no statewide general contractor license; in Colorado Springs and much of El Paso County, contractors are licensed through the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department (PPRBD). Ask for license and insurance details. Get a written estimate before work begins.
